It's not about perfect coloring

It's about 5 quieter minutes. It's about giving your child words for big feelings. It's about showing them that who they are - right now - is already enough.

Why I created this

A note from Beth

As a mom to three kids - including my daughter Teighan who was born with Down syndrome - I've learned that the conversations we avoid are often the ones our kids need most.

This printable pack came from those quiet moments at our kitchen table, when coloring together opened up space for the real talk. The gentle kind. The honest kind. The kind that helps kids know: You're not alone. You're not too much. You're exactly right.

I hope these pages give you and your child those same moments.

Common Questions

What age range is this for?

The activities work best for ages 3-8, but honestly, I've seen teens and grown-ups enjoy them too. If your child can hold a crayon and loves a good story, they'll like this.

How do I download it?

As soon as you sign up, you'll get an email with a link to download the PDF. Print it at home or take it to a print shop - whatever works for you.

Can I use this in my classroom?

Absolutely! Teachers, counselors, and therapists are welcome to use these pages with the kids they work with. Just please don't share the PDF file itself - instead, send folks here to grab their own copy.

Will you email me a lot after I sign up?

Nope. You'll get the pack immediately, and then I'll send gentle monthly-ish notes about new stories, printables, and things I'm learning. No spam. You can unsubscribe anytime.
